Hey Everyone!

My name is Andrew Dunn but a lot of my friends call me Drew. I am a full-time missionary at YWAM North Cascades located in a little town called Lynden in Northwest Washington. A couple of years ago, I did a DTS (Discipleship Training School) at this same location and God reignited a passion for missions that had been there for a long time. I loved the way that the team here lovingly poured into me while I searched for God in a time where I was having a very hard time believing he was with me and for me. After finishing my DTS and going through some more training, I joined the staff here at YWAM North Cascades in the fall of 2021.

Now, my full-time role on our campus is Outreach Coordinator. Basically, for any team that goes to the field from our base, I train and prepare them to be on the ground. Beyond that, I help lead our DTS program, where we gather students from many places around the world and train them in missions, so that they can live with a missionary mindset wherever they go in life. Below I have a little bit more information about what I do and why.

As an MK (missionary kid) who grew up in Taiwan, God put in me a love for the unreached and for the nations. My position here at YWAM North Cascades allows me to go to the unreached and to train and send workers to the nations. Please consider joining me in my ministry to mobilize people to the nations in accordance with God’s will!

The Unreached

According to the Joshua Project, there are 3.37 billion people in unreached people groups. These people don’t have the opportunity to hear the gospel. If we don’t go they never will.

Mobilization

As Christians, we are called to take the gospel to all nations. That takes more than just people physically going to the nations. People going need resources and training to go.

Young People

God calls all people to the nations. This includes young people (me included)! The DTS is geared toward young people so that there may be more Christians that dedicate their life toward missions wherever they go, whether in America, the nations, or otherwise.
